Turn small curbs into winning profits
For job sites that require a less expensive glued on concrete or asphalt curb, Power Curber Extruders excel.
Power Curbers, Inc., invented the first extruded curb machines in the world almost 50 years ago.
Contractors can produce big profits using a Power Curber Extruder. The concrete or asphalt mix is fed into the hopper of the extruder and is forced, under pressure, through a specially designed mold. The result is a pre-shaped, free-standing, and structurally sound curb with a smooth finish.
The curb may be placed on existing pavement or on a smooth, flat subgrade.

POWER CURBER EXTRUDER
EXTRUDER PC 150
Small asphalt or concrete curb at speeds up to 5.5m per minute!
The flexible 150 extrudes curb up to 12 (30 cm) H x 12 (30 cm) W at a speed up to 18"(5.5 m) per minute on either the right or left side. A continuous, one-pass operation can turn a smooth radius as tight as 2" (60 cm). Curb can be placed within 1 (2.5 cm) of obstructions with the offset mounted mold and extrusion auger.
Wheels adjust vertically (to help provide full compaction of the curb) and horizontally (to move the wheels off the prepared surface for applying a tack coat or feeding steel rebar). The fore carriage steering assembly enhances performance and efficiency. A steering T" handle assures easy guidance in the left- or right-hand position. The 150 can be fed from a wheelbarrow, concrete truck (e.g. CARMIX), or AL-120.
